The name says Chess. The board shows chess pieces.
But make no mistake - this is an entirely different game.
The game is played with conventional chess pieces with the additional queen. The objective is to capture the opponent's king, just like in the traditional game. The strategy is similar, but the nature of the Z-Chess board requires the pieces to move differently. The rooks are more powerful than the queens because of the way they move.
