Guarini's chess puzzle. Handmade hardwood pieces.

Guarini's problem is one of the earliest chessboard puzzles that dates back to 1512. This puzzle involves four knights, two white and two black, at the four corners of a small 3x3 chessboard. The problem is to exchange the places of the white knights and the black knights.

It can also be a tabletop souvenir for a chess enthusiast.

This board has no black-and-white divisions, only single-colored squares. It is made from a single piece of wood.
!! A solid board has minor natural defects such as knots and small cracks, which gives the board an aged appearance.
